We're opening The Cellar for the first time with just 30 Founding Memberships. Once they're gone, Founding Member status will never be offered again.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I choose my individual bottles?

Our team curates the monthly selections for you. You choose your overall preference — Red, White, or Mixed — and we'll handle the rest.

What is the Hub Favorite?

The Hub Favorite is the third bottle included with every membership. Unlike your first two bottles, it doesn't have to match your Red, White, or Mixed preference. It could be red, white, rosé, sparkling, or another style we think our members should experience.

Can I change my wine preference?

Yes. Members can request to change between Red, White, and Mixed for future monthly selections, subject to the applicable cutoff for that month's order. Stop by in store to get that taken care of. 

Can I roll over my monthly wine flight?

No. The complimentary wine flight for two is a monthly membership benefit and does not carry over if unused.

How does the 15% food discount work?

Active Cellar members receive 15% off eligible food purchased in-store at Main Street Hub. The benefit is for the active member only and is not transferable.

How does the birthday bottle work?

Active members receive one complimentary bottle of bubbly during their birthday week. Your membership must be active and paid for that month.

Do you ship the monthly wines?

The Cellar is designed around the Main Street Hub experience. Monthly wine selections are currently available for in-store pickup at Main Street Hub. There is shippiung available on a case by case basis, come in store to inquire. 

What happens if I don't pick up my wine immediately?

Your paid monthly wine selection will be held for pickup. We recommend collecting your wines during the designated pickup period so you can enjoy the full monthly Cellar experience. After 30 days of non-pickup, Main Street Hub is no longer liable to hold the wines for the member. 

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation ends future recurring membership charges and future member benefits. Any wines already paid for remain available for pickup according to our pickup policy.

What happens to my Founding Member status if I cancel?

Founding Member recognition and benefits are tied to maintaining an active membership. Once a Founding Membership is canceled, the exclusive Founder membership benefits may be forfeited and cannot be guaranteed if you rejoin later.
